Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory, also known as Haoxing Machinery, was established in 2007. We manufacture scrap shredding, crushing, conveying and sorting equipment for metal recycling facilities. Our factory covers more than 20,000 square meters and combines equipment development, production, assembly, testing and sales in one operation.
Haoxing Machinery serves recycling yards, metal recovery centers and industrial scrap processors. 1. Core Equipment and Recycling Solutions
Our equipment is designed for processing ferrous scrap, aluminum scrap, compressed metal bales, end-of-life vehicle materials, appliance shells, metal profiles and mixed industrial scrap. The recommended machine depends on the material size, thickness, bulk density, composition and required processing result.

Scrap Metal Crusher: Uses high-speed hammer impact to reduce scrap steel, light iron and aluminum materials into smaller and denser pieces. Screens can be used to control the discharge size for downstream separation or furnace charging.
Twin Shaft Shredder: Provides low-speed, high-torque primary shredding for bulky, loose or compressed scrap. It is commonly used before hammer crushing when the original material is too large or dense for direct feeding.
Single Shaft Shredder: Suitable for selected light materials and applications requiring controlled discharge size through a screen.
Eddy Current Separator: Recovers aluminum and other conductive non-ferrous metals from suitable non-metallic fractions after crushing, screening and magnetic separation.
Magnetic Separator: Removes or recovers ferrous metals from the processed material before it enters subsequent sorting stages.
Can Flattening Machine: Reduces the volume of loose used beverage cans to simplify storage, feeding and transportation.
Alligator Shear: Cuts metal bars, profiles and selected structural scrap into manageable lengths for further processing.
Gantry Shear: Provides hydraulic cutting for heavier and larger steel scrap that requires size reduction before handling or recycling.
Crushers and shredders perform different functions. A shredder normally provides low-speed, high-torque primary size reduction, while a crusher uses high-speed hammer impact for secondary crushing, densification and improved material liberation. Equipment is selected according to the actual feed material rather than treated as interchangeable machinery.
2. Aluminum Scrap Recycling Equipment
Aluminum scrap varies greatly in shape, density and contamination level. Thin profiles, cast aluminum parts, used beverage cans, machining waste and mixed aluminum materials may require different feeding, crushing and sorting processes.
Haoxing Machinery can configure an aluminum recycling line around the customer’s raw material and required final product. Depending on the application, the line may include primary shredding, hammer crushing, magnetic separation, screening, non-ferrous metal sorting, conveying and dust collection.
Thermal Break Aluminum Profiles: Processing systems can be configured to reduce aluminum window and door profiles and help separate aluminum from plastic thermal strips.
Cast Aluminum Parts: Suitable crushing equipment can process engine housings, transmission housings, crankcases and other cast aluminum components.
Metal Turnings: The process must be selected according to chip length, moisture, oil content, bulk density and the required discharge condition.
Used Beverage Cans: Loose or baled cans can be flattened, opened, crushed or sorted according to the contamination level and required processing capacity.
Mixed Aluminum Profiles: Window frames, door frames and industrial extrusion offcuts can be processed through suitable size reduction and separation stages.
For profile recycling projects, an aluminum profile crushing plant may combine feeding, hammer crushing, magnetic separation and additional sorting equipment. Primary shredding can be added when the profiles are long, bulky, bundled or difficult to feed directly into the crusher.
Final aluminum purity depends on the feed composition, particle size, material liberation and selected separation process. Material testing is recommended when the feed contains copper, stainless steel, plastic, rubber or several aluminum grades.
3. Baled Scrap Shredding Solutions
Baled scrap metal can contain compressed steel sheets, aluminum pieces, appliance shells, binding wire and non-metallic impurities. Bale dimensions, approximate weight, density, material thickness and internal composition should be checked before selecting the feeding and shredding equipment.
A baled scrap shredder uses low-speed, high-torque cutting to open compressed bales and reduce oversized material into a more manageable feed size. Blade thickness, cutter chamber size, motor power and feeding method are selected according to the bale dimensions and required capacity.
For continuous processing, a baled scrap shredding plant may include a chain plate conveyor, primary shredder, discharge conveyor, magnetic separation, screening, dust collection and centralized control. Hammer crushing and additional non-ferrous separation equipment can be added when further size reduction or metal recovery is required.
The final process depends on whether the project only requires bale opening and volume reduction or needs complete crushing, sorting and material recovery.
4. Manufacturing and Quality Control
Equipment reliability depends on structural design, material selection, machining accuracy, assembly quality and correct equipment selection. Haoxing Machinery carries out production and assembly in its own workshops and checks the main components before delivery.
Heavy-Duty Fabrication: Machine frames and housings are produced according to the load and operating requirements of each model.
Wear-Resistant Components: Hammer heads, liners, cutters and other wear parts are selected according to the processed material and expected working conditions.
Maintenance Access: Selected crusher models can be equipped with hydraulic opening systems to simplify chamber inspection and replacement of internal wear parts.
Rotor Inspection: Crusher rotors are checked during manufacturing and assembly to support stable operation and reduce unnecessary vibration.
Pre-Delivery Testing: Equipment is inspected and tested before shipment according to the machine configuration and project requirements.
Actual production capacity and wear-part service life vary with material type, thickness, contamination, feeding consistency and operating conditions. For this reason, a model should not be selected only by motor power or nominal hourly capacity.
5. Complete Scrap Processing Lines
