Project Overview
On May 21, 2022, one 1400 metal crusher was loaded into a 20ft container and shipped to the customer site in Malaysia. The machine was disassembled for container loading, making transportation safer and installation easier after arrival.
On May 21, 2022, one 1400 metal crusher was loaded in the production workshop and shipped to the customer site in Malaysia. This shipment used a 20ft container for transportation. Since the 1400 metal crusher is a large scrap metal recycling machine, it was disassembled into separate parts before loading to make container shipping safer and more convenient.
At the loading site, the main machine body, supports, transmission parts, and other accessories were arranged in advance. Workers loaded the separated parts according to the inner space of the 20ft container, making sure the equipment was placed properly and fixed firmly for long-distance transportation.
Shipping Equipment List
The equipment and parts shipped to Malaysia include:
1400 metal crusher main machine
Feeding-related parts
Discharge-related parts
Machine supports and connection structures
Motor and transmission parts
Bolts, connectors, and installation accessories
Other supporting parts shipped with the machine
All parts were loaded separately according to container shipping requirements. This loading method helps protect the equipment during transportation and makes installation easier after the customer receives the machine.
Introduction of the 1400 Metal Crusher
The 1400 metal crusher is mainly used for crushing scrap metal materials, including light metal scrap, scrap steel, color steel tiles, waste appliance shells, paint buckets, metal offcuts, aluminum scrap, and other recyclable metal materials.
Inside the crushing chamber, the machine crushes materials through impact, tearing, and friction. Large or loose metal materials can be processed into smaller pieces, which are easier for transportation, storage, and further separation.
This machine is suitable for scrap yards, recycling plants, waste metal processing companies, and metal recycling projects. For customers who want to improve scrap metal processing efficiency and reduce manual handling work, the 1400 metal crusher is a practical choice.
Disassembled Loading in the Production Workshop
The loading work was completed inside the production workshop. Before loading, workers checked the machine and disassembled it according to the 20ft container transportation requirements. The main machine body, support frames, transmission parts, and other accessories were sorted and placed separately.
Because the space inside a 20ft container is limited, workers needed to arrange the loading order carefully. Larger and heavier parts were placed first, while supports, connectors, and smaller accessories were loaded later. This helped make better use of the container space and reduce the risk of movement or collision during shipment.
20ft Container Loading for Export Shipment
The 1400 metal crusher was shipped in a 20ft container, which is suitable for export transportation by sea. Compared with whole-machine open loading, container loading can better protect the machine and make port handling, transfer, and customs clearance more convenient.
After the machine parts were loaded into the container, workers fixed the main components and secured the movable parts. Accessories were also arranged together for easier checking and installation after arrival.
Shipped to Customer Site in Malaysia
On May 21, 2022, the 1400 metal crusher was successfully loaded into a 20ft container and shipped to the customer site in Malaysia. After arrival, the customer can unload, assemble, and install the machine according to the project site conditions.
Once put into operation, the machine will be used for local scrap metal recycling and crushing. It can help reduce the volume of waste metal materials and improve the efficiency of transportation, separation, and reuse.
