Project Overview
On August 16, 2022, a 1600 metal crusher was loaded into a container at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to Victoria Port, South Africa. The shipment included the main crusher components, rotor assembly, feeding hopper, machine base, support frames, transmission parts and installation accessories. After the equipment arrived in South Africa, our technical staff flew to the customer site to assist with installation, commissioning and trial operation.
On August 16, 2022, a 1600 metal crusher was loaded into a container at our factory and prepared for shipment to Victoria Port, South Africa. The equipment will be used in a scrap metal recycling project and is suitable for processing scrap steel, waste iron, light metal scrap, waste sheet metal, metal offcuts and mixed recyclable metal materials.
From the container loading site, the main parts of the 1600 metal crusher had already been placed inside the container. Since the machine has large dimensions and heavy components, our workers sorted the crusher body parts, rotor assembly, hopper, machine base, support frames and transmission parts before loading.
During the loading process, the heavier rotor assembly and main structural parts were placed at the bottom of the container first. Then the hopper, support frames, connection parts and transmission components were loaded in sequence. Wooden blocks and fixing parts were used to support key positions and reduce movement during long-distance transportation.
The 1600 metal crusher is a medium and large crushing machine commonly used in scrap metal recycling lines. After materials enter the crushing chamber, large scrap metal can be crushed into smaller pieces through high-speed impact and crushing action. The crushed materials are easier for conveying, magnetic separation, sorting and recycling.
For scrap metal recycling projects, crushing is an important processing step. After being processed by the 1600 metal crusher, the material volume is reduced, storage and transportation become easier, and the later sorting efficiency can also be improved. According to the customer’s site requirements, conveyors, magnetic separators, eddy current separators and dust collection equipment can be added to form a complete metal crushing and sorting line.
Before shipment, our factory checked the main machine structure, rotor assembly, crushing chamber, feeding inlet, discharge outlet, base welding positions, installation holes and connection parts. For export equipment, container loading details are very important because the transportation distance is long. Our workers checked the parts before and after loading to make sure the equipment was complete, properly arranged and firmly fixed.
This shipment to Victoria Port, South Africa is one of our scrap metal recycling equipment export projects. After the equipment arrives in South Africa, it will be transported to the customer’s project site. To support smooth installation and operation, our technical staff will fly to South Africa to assist the customer with installation, wiring inspection, no-load testing and material testing.
After arriving at the site, our technical staff will check the equipment layout, machine foundation, main machine fixing, transmission connection, motor direction and discharge position according to the installation drawings and actual site conditions. The technical staff will also work with the customer’s team during trial operation to check whether the equipment runs smoothly before formal production.
For overseas customers, shipment is only the beginning of the project. Installation and commissioning are also important. Before delivery, our factory prepares part markings, packing lists and installation documents to help customers check and install the equipment after arrival. On-site technical support can reduce communication costs and help the equipment enter production faster.
Our metal crushers, scrap steel crushers, scrap aluminum crushers and complete metal crushing and sorting lines can be customized according to different raw materials, capacity requirements and site layouts. Different projects may need different machine models, crushing chamber structures, hammer configurations and downstream sorting systems.
The successful container loading and shipment of this 1600 metal crusher to Victoria Port, South Africa shows our practical experience in manufacturing, export loading and overseas installation service for large scrap metal recycling equipment. We will continue to provide reliable and practical recycling equipment solutions for customers in different markets.
