Product Details

Haoxing Machinery's Mobile Shredder is an innovative material processing solution built upon proven Dual-Shaft Shredder technology. This fully integrated system combines a mobile chassis, automatic feeding, dual-shaft shredding, material conveying, and magnetic separation into a single unit, making it ideal for processing dispersed waste streams and industrial scrap. The mobile shredder effectively addresses the constraints of fixed-site operations—eliminating the need for concrete foundations, external power supply, and material hauling between locations. Equipped with a built-in diesel engine and overall hydraulic drive, the unit operates efficiently and stably anywhere, providing customers with a versatile, low-operating-cost shredding solution.

The Haoxing Mobile Shredder operates on the dual-shaft shear shredding principle. The entire system is powered by an onboard diesel engine, which drives a hydraulic system to actuate all core working components, enabling efficient size reduction and primary magnetic separation. The detailed process is as follows:

  1. Power Generation & Transmission
The onboard high-performance diesel engine drives a hydraulic pump, generating high-pressure hydraulic fluid. This fluid is distributed via a control valve manifold to power the shredding chamber, discharge conveyor, magnetic drum, and optional crawler undercarriage, delivering stable and robust power to all functions.

  2. Material Feeding
Waste material is loaded into the feed hopper using a hydraulic feeding device (such as a grapple or tipping hopper) or by manual feeding. The wide feed opening accommodates large, bulky, and irregularly shaped items.

  3. Dual-Shaft Shear Shredding
Inside the shredding chamber, two parallel cutter shafts rotate in opposite directions at low speed and high torque, driven by hydraulic motors. Heavy-duty alloy blades arranged in an interlocking pattern on the shafts apply shear, tear, and compressive forces to the material. The material is continuously ripped and reduced into smaller strips or chunks until it passes through the clearance between the blades and is discharged from the bottom.

  4. Material Conveying & Magnetic Separation
Shredded material falls onto the discharge conveyor belt and is transported smoothly toward the rear. As it moves, the material passes beneath an onboard magnetic separator (magnetic drum). Ferromagnetic materials (iron, steel, nails) are attracted by the high-intensity magnetic field and ejected into a dedicated ferrous collection bin, while non-magnetic materials continue to the end of the conveyor. This achieves primary automatic separation of ferrous from non-ferrous materials.

  5. Mobility & Relocation
When relocation is required, the operator engages the hydraulic travel system to drive the crawler or tire chassis, allowing the unit to move autonomously to a new work site. Hydraulic support legs stabilize the machine during operation, ensuring safe and vibration-free shredding.

  1. Integrated All-in-One Design, No Site Preparation Required
The integrated unit eliminates the complex infrastructure and installation work associated with separate components. No concrete foundation pouring is required, and material transportation between fixed processing sites is avoided, significantly reducing turnaround time, labor, and overall project costs.

  2. Compact Layout, Flexible Configuration
The mobile shredder integrates the shredding chamber, discharge conveyor, magnetic separator, onboard diesel engine/electric motor, gearbox, and control panel onto a single chassis. The compact, rational layout enhances site flexibility and adaptability. The unit can operate independently or be quickly combined with other equipment for joint operations.

  3. High Mobility & Superior Site Maneuverability
Featuring high ground clearance and a body width narrower than standard semi-trailers, the shredder offers a small turning radius for easy road transport. Its robust chassis also navigates rough on-site terrain with ease, saving valuable operational time and providing greater layout flexibility.

  4. Multiple Mobility Options for Quick Setup
The shredder is available with tire or crawler track undercarriages to meet diverse site mobility requirements. Onboard hydraulic support legs enable rapid setup and stabilization upon arrival, allowing for immediate "stop-and-work" convenience.

  5. Built-In Diesel Power & Hydraulic Drive
Powered by a high-performance onboard diesel engine, the unit requires no external electricity source. The fully hydraulic drive system ensures smooth, robust power delivery and stable, efficient operation, freeing shredding operations from the limitations of grid power infrastructure.
