Non Ferrous Metal Sorting Line is a complete recycling solution designed for separating and recovering aluminum, copper and other valuable non-ferrous metals from mixed scrap materials. Working Principle

Mixed non-ferrous materials are first fed into the crushing or shredding system where the material is reduced to a suitable particle size. This process helps release aluminum, copper and other valuable metals from mixed material structures.

The material then passes through a magnetic separator to remove ferrous contaminants such as iron and steel. The remaining material enters an eddy current separator, where aluminum and other conductive non-ferrous metals are separated from non-metallic components.

According to the material type and purity requirements, additional sorting equipment such as aluminum separators, airflow separators or screening systems can be added to further improve separation efficiency.

After multiple sorting stages, aluminum, copper and other valuable metals are collected separately, while light impurities and residual waste are discharged from the system. This process improves material purity and increases the value of recycled metals.
