After single‑pass crushing, the output material consists of clean, densely shaped metal chips with nearly all oil residue removed. The oil separation rate consistently reaches above 98%, meaning the crushed metal is dry, non‑sticky, and ready for direct sale to steel mills or metal recycling plants. The internal filter paper and rubber seals are simultaneously torn into small pieces, easily removed by downstream air separation or magnetic separation.

Uniform Particle Size and Stable Throughput

The crusher is equipped with adjustable screens, allowing the finished metal chips to be controlled within 20‑40 mm – a size range widely accepted by most metal recyclers. The particle uniformity is over 95%, ensuring consistent melting or briquetting performance.
