The Metal Pulverizer consists of a main housing, main shaft rotor, hammers, stationary knives, wear liners, screen grate, drive system, and electrical controls.
Feeding: Scrap metal is fed into the crushing chamber via conveyor or manual loading.
Hammer Milling: A high-speed rotor equipped with high-chromium alloy hammers delivers powerful impacts to the material. Stationary manganese steel liners and S-shaped bed knives fixed to the housing create a crushing zone where material is repeatedly struck, sheared, and ground.
Screening & Discharge: Material sufficiently reduced in size passes through the bottom screen grate and is discharged. Screen hole diameter can be customized to control output particle size.
Magnetic Separation: The crushed product is conveyed to a magnetic separator, which extracts ferrous metals from the mix, yielding clean, furnace-ready metal fractions.
