Haoxing Machinery's Metal Pulverizer is a specialized hammer mill crusher engineered for the efficient size reduction of various scrap metal materials. Utilizing high-speed rotating hammers, the machine applies impact, shear, and grinding forces to reduce waste aluminum, iron, UBCs, color steel tiles, paint drums, and metal turnings into uniformly fine particles. The crushed material is conveyed to a magnetic separator for ferrous metal recovery, and an optional dust collector can be integrated for clean operation. With processing capacities ranging from several tons to dozens of tons per hour, the resulting clean metal granules are suitable for direct smelting, meeting the demands of metal smelters and recycling enterprises.

The Metal Pulverizer consists of a main housing, main shaft rotor, hammers, stationary knives, wear liners, screen grate, drive system, and electrical controls.

  1. Feeding: Scrap metal is fed into the crushing chamber via conveyor or manual loading.

  2. Hammer Milling: A high-speed rotor equipped with high-chromium alloy hammers delivers powerful impacts to the material. Stationary manganese steel liners and S-shaped bed knives fixed to the housing create a crushing zone where material is repeatedly struck, sheared, and ground.

  3. Screening & Discharge: Material sufficiently reduced in size passes through the bottom screen grate and is discharged. Screen hole diameter can be customized to control output particle size.

  4. Magnetic Separation: The crushed product is conveyed to a magnetic separator, which extracts ferrous metals from the mix, yielding clean, furnace-ready metal fractions.
