1600 Scrap Steel Crusher With Eddy Current Separator Shipped to Hanshan, Maanshan, Anhui

On May 5, 2021, a 1600 scrap steel crusher with an eddy current separator was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Hanshan, Maanshan, Anhui. This equipment will be used for a scrap metal recycling project and is suitable for crushing and sorting scrap steel, waste iron, light metal scrap, scrap aluminum, die-casting waste and metal offcuts.

At the loading site, the main equipment had already been placed on the flatbed truck. Workers adjusted the machine position and fixed the equipment before transportation. This shipment included the scrap steel crusher main machine, eddy current separator, support structures, motor and reducer parts, and installation accessories.

The 1600 scrap steel crusher is commonly used in scrap metal recycling lines. It can process medium and small scrap steel, waste sheet metal, color steel tiles, metal offcuts, die-casting waste and scrap aluminum parts. After crushing, the material size becomes smaller, which makes storage, transportation, sorting and later recycling much easier.

The eddy current separator in this shipment is mainly used for non-ferrous metal separation. After scrap metal materials are crushed, the mixed materials may include iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, plastic, rubber and other components. Magnetic separation can remove ferrous metals first, and the eddy current separator can further separate aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals.

For a scrap steel crushing and recycling project, a single crusher is mainly used for size reduction. If the customer needs better recycling results, conveyors, magnetic separators, eddy current separators and dust collection equipment can be added to form a complete production line. Before shipment, our factory checked the frame, crushing chamber, shaft area, motor base, reducer connection parts, discharge opening and installation holes of the 1600 scrap steel crusher. The belt, drum, motor parts and support structure of the eddy current separator were also checked before loading. Some easily damaged parts were protected to reduce possible impact during road transportation.
