Project Overview
On July 3, 2022, a 1600 metal crusher with a 1000 eddy current separator was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Tongchuan, Shaanxi. The equipment is used for crushing and sorting scrap steel, waste iron, scrap aluminum, light metal scrap and mixed scrap metal materials. For easier transportation, the 1600 metal crusher was shipped in separated parts, including the upper crushing structure, crushing screen plate structure, feeding inlet and machine base.
On July 3, 2022, a 1600 metal crusher with a 1000 eddy current separator was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Tongchuan, Shaanxi. The equipment will be used for a scrap metal recycling project and is suitable for scrap steel, waste iron, scrap aluminum, light metal scrap, metal offcuts and mixed recyclable metal materials.
The 1600 metal crusher in this shipment has a large overall size. To make loading and long-distance transportation easier, the machine was separated into several main parts before shipment. The upper crushing structure, crushing screen plate structure, feeding inlet and machine base were loaded separately. This arrangement helps make better use of truck space and reduces the risk of collision during transportation.
The 1600 metal crusher is commonly used in scrap metal recycling lines. It can crush scrap steel, waste iron, light metal scrap, waste sheet metal, color steel tiles and metal offcuts into smaller pieces. After crushing, the materials are easier for conveying, magnetic separation, sorting and recycling.
The 1000 eddy current separator is used for non-ferrous metal separation after crushing. Crushed scrap metal materials may contain iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, plastic, rubber and other components. Magnetic separation can remove ferrous metals first, and the eddy current separator can further separate aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals.
Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 1600 metal crusher, 1000 eddy current separator and supporting parts. The upper crushing structure, crushing screen plate structure, feeding inlet, machine base, motor, transmission parts, separator, support frames and installation connectors were counted before the truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the loading order according to equipment weight, machine size and truck space. The machine base of the 1600 metal crusher was placed first on the stronger position of the truck platform. The upper crushing structure, crushing screen plate structure and feeding inlet were then arranged according to the later installation sequence.
Because the metal crusher was shipped in separated parts, workers checked key connection positions carefully, including base connection holes, crushing chamber connection points, screen plate installation positions, feeding inlet flange and transmission connection areas. Some easily damaged parts were protected and fixed to reduce movement during transportation.
The 1000 eddy current separator, support frame, drum, motor and connectors were arranged according to the remaining truck space. After loading, the packing list was checked again, and the fixing condition was inspected before the truck left for Tongchuan, Shaanxi.
This equipment adopts a “metal crushing and eddy current separation” configuration. The 1600 metal crusher reduces scrap metal materials into smaller sizes, and the 1000 eddy current separator separates non-ferrous metals from the crushed mixed materials. This combination helps improve recycling efficiency and reduce manual sorting work.
For scrap metal recycling projects, crushing and sorting are both important steps. A single crusher can reduce material size, but if the customer needs higher recovered material value, magnetic separation, eddy current separation, conveying and dust collection systems are also useful. According to the customer’s site conditions, conveyors, magnetic separators and dust collectors can be added later to form a complete metal crushing and sorting production line.
Before shipment, our factory checked the frame structure, crushing chamber, screen plate structure, feeding inlet, discharge outlet, motor base, transmission parts and installation holes of the 1600 metal crusher. The drum, belt, motor, support frame and wiring positions of the 1000 eddy current separator were also checked before loading.
This shipment to Tongchuan, Shaanxi is mainly for the customer’s scrap metal crushing and sorting project. With a 1600 metal crusher and a 1000 eddy current separator, the customer can improve scrap metal crushing efficiency and non-ferrous metal separation performance.
