On September 27, 2021, a 1600 aluminum profile crusher with a 1200 eddy current separator was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Urumqi, Xinjiang. The equipment is suitable for crushing and sorting scrap aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum, aluminum offcuts, light metal scrap and mixed scrap metal materials.
On September 27, 2021, a 1600 aluminum profile crusher with a 1200 eddy current separator was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Urumqi, Xinjiang. The equipment will be used for crushing and sorting scrap aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum, waste aluminum doors and windows, aluminum offcuts, light metal scrap and mixed scrap metal materials.
The 1600 aluminum profile crusher is commonly used in scrap aluminum recycling projects. It is suitable for long, irregular and bulky aluminum materials such as scrap aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum, aluminum window frames and industrial aluminum offcuts. After crushing, the material size becomes smaller, which makes conveying, sorting and recycling easier.
The 1200 eddy current separator is mainly used for non-ferrous metal separation after crushing. Scrap aluminum profiles often contain iron parts, screws, plastic strips, rubber strips and other impurities. After front-end crushing, magnetic separation and eddy current separation can help improve the purity of recycled aluminum materials and reduce manual sorting work.
Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 1600 aluminum profile crusher, 1200 eddy current separator and supporting parts. The main crusher, separator, motors, reducers, support frames, connectors and installation accessories were counted before the truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the loading order according to the weight and size of each machine. The heavier crusher main body was placed first on the stronger position of the truck platform. The 1200 eddy current separator and supporting conveyor parts were then arranged according to the remaining space.
After the equipment was placed on the truck, workers checked the base contact points, fixing positions and machine edges. Motors, reducers, drums, belts and other parts that could be easily damaged during transportation were protected. After loading, the packing list and fixing condition were checked again before the truck left for Urumqi, Xinjiang.
This equipment adopts a “crushing and sorting” process. It is suitable for scrap aluminum recycling stations, aluminum processing plants and recycling companies. The 1600 aluminum profile crusher reduces large aluminum materials into smaller pieces, and the 1200 eddy current separator separates non-ferrous metals from the crushed mixed materials.
Because the transportation distance to Xinjiang is long, loading and fixing work is important. Before shipment, our factory checked the crusher frame, crushing chamber, shaft area, motor base, discharge outlet and installation holes. The drum, belt, support frame and transmission parts of the eddy current separator were also checked to reduce possible problems during long-distance transportation.
