The machine uses a high-speed rotor and hammer assembly to impact, tear and crush aluminum profiles inside the crushing chamber. During crushing, the material is repeatedly impacted, rubbed and squeezed between the hammers, liner plates and screen grate, reducing long or bulky aluminum profiles into smaller pieces.

Feeding and Crushing
