On August 27, 2022, a 1200 scrap steel crusher was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Quanzhou, Fujian. The equipment can also be used as a metal drum crusher for processing metal drums, paint buckets, thin metal barrels, light scrap steel, waste sheet metal and metal offcuts.
On August 27, 2022, a 1200 scrap steel crusher was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Quanzhou, Fujian. The equipment will be used for a scrap metal recycling project and is suitable for crushing metal drums, paint buckets, thin metal barrels, light scrap steel, waste sheet metal, color steel tiles and metal offcuts.
The 1200 scrap steel crusher is a medium-sized machine for scrap metal recycling. It is suitable for recycling stations, scrap processing plants and metal recovery companies that need to process light scrap metal materials. Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 1200 scrap steel crusher main machine, motor, transmission components, belt pulley, connection parts and installation accessories. After confirming the equipment and parts, the transport truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the machine position according to equipment weight and truck space. The 1200 scrap steel crusher main machine was placed on a stronger position of the truck platform. The motor, transmission components and supporting connection parts were arranged according to the installation order.
After the equipment was placed on the truck, workers checked the machine base, transmission parts, feeding inlet, discharge outlet and machine edges. Some parts that could be easily damaged during transportation were protected and fixed. After loading, the packing list was checked again before the truck left for Quanzhou, Fujian.
The 1200 scrap steel crusher can be configured according to different materials. For metal drums, paint buckets, waste sheet metal and light scrap steel, the hammer configuration, screen size and discharge size can be adjusted to improve crushing efficiency and make the output material more suitable for later sorting and recycling.
Before shipment, our factory checked the machine frame, crushing chamber, hammer parts, screen position, motor base, transmission wheel, discharge outlet and installation holes. Scrap metal crushing machines face strong impact during operation, so frame inspection and transmission inspection before delivery are important.
