The crushed metal is then processed through magnetic separation to remove impurities, yielding clean, furnace-ready feedstock that commands a premium price compared to unprocessed scrap while significantly reducing transportation and storage costs.

Scrap Iron Crusher Production Line Configuration：
Working Principle:
Scrap iron is fed uniformly into the crushing chamber via a feeder or chain plate conveyor. A high-speed rotor equipped with hammers delivers powerful, repeated impacts, tearing the material apart. Partially crushed particles are thrown against manganese steel liners, undergoing further impact and grinding. Properly sized granules pass through a bottom screen grate and are discharged; oversized material remains in the chamber for continued hammering until it reaches the desired size.
