Haoxing Machinery's Scrap Iron Crusher is a hammer-type crushing machine used for processing ferrous scrap materials. It is suitable for crushing scrap iron, steel sheets, metal drums, light scrap steel, industrial ferrous waste, appliance shell fragments and other recyclable iron materials.

The machine uses a high-speed rotating rotor and hammers to impact, tear and crush scrap iron inside the crushing chamber. The material is reduced into smaller fragments through repeated hammering, rubbing and squeezing between the hammers, liner plates and screen grate.

The main machine usually consists of crusher housing, rotor system, hammer assembly, wear-resistant liner plates, screen grate, feeding device, discharge system, drive system and electric control system. A complete production line can also include feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, magnetic separator, optional eddy current separator, pulse dust collector and supporting platform.

After crushing, the material can be conveyed to magnetic separation or other sorting equipment.
