1600 Aluminum Scrap Crushing & Recycling Line Shipment to Southeast Asia

In May 2026, a complete 1600 aluminum scrap crushing and recycling production line was successfully delivered to Southeast Asia. The system was customized based on the customer’s raw material and processing requirements, mainly handling aluminum profiles, UBC cans, and mixed light metal scrap.

The production line includes a twin shaft shredder, scrap metal crusher, magnetic separator, eddy current separator, and conveyor system. All equipment was tested and optimized in our factory before shipment to ensure stable operation after installation.

According to the customer’s needs, the line is designed with a processing capacity of 8–12 tons per hour, suitable for medium-scale aluminum recycling plants. After crushing and separation, the final aluminum output reaches a high purity level, improving downstream smelting efficiency.

Before delivery, the entire production line was assembled and tested in our workshop. Each machine was checked for running condition, feeding performance, and discharge efficiency. After confirmation, the equipment was carefully packed and loaded into containers.

The shipment was completed on schedule, with clear labeling and standardized packing to ensure safe transportation. Our technical team will also provide installation guidance and remote support to help the customer start production as soon as possible.
