Project Overview
On June 29, 2021, a 1600 aluminum profile crusher with a 1200 metal sorting machine was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Chongqing. The equipment is suitable for crushing and sorting scrap aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum, aluminum offcuts, light metal scrap and mixed scrap metal materials.
On June 29, 2021, a 1600 aluminum profile crusher with a 1200 metal sorting machine was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Chongqing. This equipment will be used for crushing and sorting scrap aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum, aluminum offcuts, light metal scrap and mixed scrap metal materials.
At the loading site, the main machine body of the 1600 aluminum profile crusher had already been placed on the flatbed truck. The equipment has a large machine body, heavy-duty frame and strong support structure. Workers checked the machine position, loading direction and fixing points before transportation to make sure the equipment remained stable on the truck.
During the loading process, workers first checked the truck platform and loading space. Then the workshop crane lifted the crusher main body slowly and moved it above the flatbed truck. After the machine was adjusted to the correct position, workers guided the machine body and helped it land smoothly on the truck platform. After the machine was placed, the support points and contact positions were checked again before final fixing.
The 1600 aluminum profile crusher is suitable for processing scrap aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum, waste aluminum doors and windows, aluminum alloy parts and die-casting aluminum offcuts. After entering the crushing chamber, large aluminum materials can be broken into smaller pieces, making the materials easier for conveying, sorting and recycling.
The 1200 metal sorting machine is used for further sorting after crushing. Scrap aluminum profiles often contain iron parts, screws, plastic strips, rubber strips and other impurities. If the crushed materials are recycled without sorting, the material quality may be affected. With metal sorting equipment, the mixed materials can be separated more effectively, reducing manual sorting work and improving the purity of recycled aluminum materials.
For a scrap aluminum recycling project, a single crusher mainly reduces material size. If the customer needs better recycling value, sorting equipment should also be added. The combination of a 1600 aluminum profile crusher and a 1200 metal sorting machine can form a practical process from crushing to sorting, which is suitable for recycling stations, aluminum recycling plants and scrap metal processing companies.
Before shipment, our factory checked the crusher frame, crushing chamber, shaft area, motor installation position, base welding positions, discharge opening and installation holes. The support structure, motor parts, transmission parts and connection points of the 1200 metal sorting machine were also checked. Some parts were protected before transportation to reduce possible impact damage during road delivery.
This shipment to Chongqing is mainly for the customer’s scrap aluminum profile recycling project.
