On November 14, 2023, a 1400 aluminum crankcase crusher with a 96-bag dust collector was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Gaozhou, Maoming, Guangdong. The equipment is mainly used for crushing aluminum crankcases, aluminum engine housings, scrap aluminum parts, die-casting aluminum waste and aluminum alloy offcuts, while the dust collector helps reduce dust during production.
On November 14, 2023, a 1400 aluminum crankcase crusher with a 96-bag dust collector was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Gaozhou, Maoming, Guangdong. The equipment will be used for a scrap aluminum recycling project and is suitable for aluminum crankcases, aluminum engine housings, scrap aluminum parts, die-casting aluminum waste and aluminum alloy offcuts.

Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 1400 aluminum crankcase crusher, 96-bag dust collector and supporting parts. The main machine, motor, transmission components, crushing chamber parts, dust collector body, dust collection pipes, connectors and installation accessories were counted before the truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the loading order according to equipment weight and size. The 1400 aluminum crankcase crusher main body was placed first on the stronger position of the truck platform. The 96-bag dust collector, pipes, support frames and connectors were then arranged according to the remaining truck space.
After the equipment was placed on the truck, workers checked the machine base, crushing chamber area, motor and transmission position, feeding inlet, discharge outlet, flange connections and machine edges. Some parts that could be easily damaged during transportation were protected and fixed. After loading, the packing list was checked again before delivery to Gaozhou, Maoming, Guangdong.
