Project Overview
On November 08, 2023, a 1200 oil filter crusher with a 96-bag dust collector was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Nantong, Jiangsu. The equipment is mainly used for crushing waste oil filters, used oil filter elements, metal filter shells and light metal scrap, while the dust collector helps reduce dust during production.
On November 08, 2023, a 1200 oil filter crusher with a 96-bag dust collector was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Nantong, Jiangsu. The equipment will be used for processing waste oil filters, used oil filter elements, metal filter shells and light metal scrap.
From the loading photo, the main body of the 1200 oil filter crusher had already been placed on a red transport truck. The machine has a grey frame, a red transmission guard on the upper part, and visible motor and belt pulley components. Workers were checking and fixing the machine before transportation.
The 1200 oil filter crusher is mainly used for crushing waste oil filters and metal filter shells. Waste oil filters usually include metal shells, filter paper, rubber rings and other mixed materials. After crushing, the material becomes easier for later separation, recycling and reuse, while manual dismantling work can also be reduced.
The 96-bag dust collector in this shipment is used to collect dust generated during crushing. Waste oil filters, metal filter shells and light metal scrap may produce dust during processing. With a bag dust collection system, dust leakage can be reduced and the production site can be easier to manage.
Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 1200 oil filter crusher, 96-bag dust collector and supporting parts. The main machine, motor, transmission components, dust collector body, dust collection pipes, support frames and installation connectors were counted before the truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the loading order according to equipment weight and size. The 1200 oil filter crusher main machine was placed first on the stronger position of the truck platform. The 96-bag dust collector, pipes, support frames and connectors were then arranged according to the remaining truck space.
After the equipment was placed on the truck, workers checked the machine base, transmission wheel, motor position, feeding inlet, discharge outlet, flange connections and machine edges. Some easily damaged parts were protected and fixed before transportation. After loading, the packing list was checked again before the truck left for Nantong, Jiangsu.
This equipment adopts an “oil filter crushing and bag dust collection” configuration. The 1200 oil filter crusher reduces waste oil filters, metal filter shells and light metal materials, while the 96-bag dust collector collects dust from the production process. This configuration is suitable for waste oil filter recycling, scrap metal recycling stations and resource recycling companies.
Before shipment, our factory checked the frame welding positions, crushing chamber, hammer parts, screen position, motor base, belt pulley, transmission parts, discharge outlet and installation holes of the 1200 oil filter crusher. The dust collector body, bag installation positions, fan connection port, dust collection pipes and support structure were also checked.
This shipment to Nantong, Jiangsu is mainly for the customer’s waste oil filter and light metal recycling project.
