The oil filter crusher is a mechanical device specially designed for crushing oil filters. It completes the processing and separation of oil filters through a complete oil filter crushing production line, as shown in the figure:
The complete Haoxing Oil Filter Crusher line performs the following automated separation steps:
Crushing & Separation: Waste oil filters are fed into the Oil Filter Crusher. Hammer impact and liner abrasion shatter the metal casing while liberating the internal filter paper, rubber seals, and springs.
Magnetic Separation: The shredded mixture passes under a Magnetic Separator, which extracts ferrous metal fragments (the filter housing) for collection as clean scrap steel.
Screening & Classification: The remaining non-ferrous material (filter paper, rubber rings, springs) is vibratory screened to separate springs and rubber from the oil-laden paper.
Oil Extraction: The separated filter paper is fed into an Oil Press, which squeezes out residual waste oil for collection and resale. The pressed paper can be used as fuel or industrial feedstock.
The entire process is physically based, fire-safe, and generates no secondary pollution, achieving complete component recovery from waste oil filters.
