Working Principle:
The Aluminum Dross Crusher operates on the hammer mill principle. A high-speed, high-torque motor drives the main shaft and rotor assembly. Multiple hammers mounted on the rotor repeatedly strike the aluminum dross and scrap entering the crushing chamber. Material is impacted, torn, and ground between the hammers and impact liners until reduced to properly sized granules, which then pass through a bottom screen. The crushed material undergoes magnetic separation to remove ferrous contaminants, yielding clean aluminum.
