Haoxing Machinery's Single-Shaft Shredder is a versatile, low-speed, high-torque shear shredder designed for a broad spectrum of waste materials. The machine consists of a blade rotor shaft, stationary bed knives, robust housing, feeding system, hydraulic ram, power system, and PLC electrical controls. Material is fed into the cutting chamber and steadily pushed against the rotating rotor by a hydraulic ram. The interaction between the rotor's moving blades and the stationary bed knives shears and tears the material into smaller pieces. Properly sized fragments pass through a bottom screen for discharge, while oversized material remains in the chamber for further size reduction. Renowned for its low noise, low energy consumption, and high throughput, this shredder is ideal for recycling plastics, wood, rubber, paper, textiles, and municipal solid waste.

The operational sequence of the Single-Shaft Shredder is as follows:

  1. Feeding & Ram Compression: Material enters the cutting chamber via the feeding system. The hydraulic ram system, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, continuously and smoothly pushes material against the rotating rotor, ensuring consistent contact between feedstock and blades.
