The broken bridge aluminum shredder is also suitable for scrap mechanical aluminum (e.g., engine aluminum casings, machinery aluminum parts, etc.). The process uses two-shaft shredding + hammer fine crushing + eddy current separation – dry operation.
Results: Aluminum particles are plump, free of oil and impurities, with purity above 96%, ready for direct smelting; copper parts are separated simultaneously; iron impurities are removed by magnetic separator. Capacity: 2–5 t/h, low energy consumption, small footprint.
