The Color Steel Tile Shredder employs a dual-shaft shear shredding mechanism:

1. Feeding: Bulky scrap is loaded into the spacious feed hopper via feeding conveyor or manual input. The oversized hopper accepts large items without restriction, allowing single-pass shredding.

2. Shear Shredding: Inside the chamber, two parallel shafts driven by gear motors rotate in opposite directions. High-alloy intermeshing blades mounted on the shafts apply intense shear, tear, and compressive forces, progressively breaking down light-gauge scrap into smaller strips or pieces.

3. Discharge & Sorting: Properly sized fragments fall through the cutter clearance onto a discharge conveyor. Optional magnetic separators can be integrated to remove ferrous metals from contaminants, enhancing product purity.

4. Dust Collection: An integrated dust collection system captures any minimal particulate generated during shredding, ensuring a clean, environmentally friendly operation.
