Haoxing Machinery's color steel tile shredder is a dual-shaft shredding machine designed for primary size reduction of light-gauge ferrous scrap. It is suitable for processing color steel tiles, corrugated steel sheets, thin metal sheets, appliance shells, metal drums, paint buckets and other recyclable light scrap materials.
The machine uses two counter-rotating cutter shafts with alloy cutter discs. During operation, the cutter discs grab, squeeze, shear and tear loose or bulky sheet materials into smaller strips or irregular pieces. The shredded material is easier for conveying, storage, transportation, baling, sorting or secondary crushing.
