HXSS2000 Color Steel Tile Shredder Structure Diagram
The color steel tile shredder uses a dual-shaft shearing structure for the primary size reduction of light-gauge ferrous scrap. It is suitable for processing color steel tiles, corrugated steel sheets, thin metal sheets, appliance shells, metal drums, paint buckets and other light scrap metal materials.
Feeding
Materials are fed into the hopper by a feeding conveyor, loader or manual feeding according to the site conditions. The large feed opening is suitable for loose, bulky and thin sheet materials. For oversized or densely packed materials, the feeding size should match the selected shredder model.
Dual-Shaft Shearing
Inside the shredding chamber, two cutter shafts rotate in opposite directions at low speed and high torque. The alloy cutter discs grab, squeeze, shear and tear the material into smaller strips or irregular pieces.
Discharge and Conveying
The shredded material is discharged from the lower part of the shredding chamber and conveyed to the next process by a discharge conveyor. Depending on the recycling process, the material can be sent to magnetic separation, sorting, baling or secondary crushing.
Optional Sorting
A magnetic separator can be added after shredding to separate ferrous materials from the mixed material stream. Conveyor systems, sorting platforms and other auxiliary equipment can also be configured according to the material condition and site layout.
Optional Dust Collection
A dust collection system can be added according to the material condition and working environment. It helps collect dust generated during shredding, conveying and sorting.
