On April 22, 2021, a set of supporting equipment for a metal recycling production line was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Laohekou, Xiangyang, Hubei. The shipment included dust collection equipment, conveyor equipment, fan components, steel structure supports and installation accessories.
On April 22, 2021, a set of supporting equipment for a metal recycling production line was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Laohekou, Xiangyang, Hubei. This shipment mainly included dust collection equipment, conveyor equipment, fan components, steel structure supports and installation accessories.
From the loading site, the main equipment had already been placed on the flatbed truck. The large grey equipment body, orange pipe section, blue fan component and conveyor parts were arranged carefully before transportation. Since the equipment included several large parts, our workers checked the quantity, loading order and fixing points before shipment.
This batch of equipment will be used for a scrap metal recycling project. It can work together with metal shredders, scrap steel crushers, magnetic separators and conveyor systems. The production line is suitable for processing scrap steel, waste iron, light metal scrap, waste sheet metal, color steel tiles, metal offcuts and other recyclable metal materials.
In a metal recycling production line, the dust collection system and conveyor system are important supporting parts. The conveyor system helps reduce manual material handling and improves continuous operation. The dust collection system helps reduce dust during crushing and conveying, making the working site cleaner and easier to manage.
Before delivery, our factory checked the main welding positions, flange connections, inspection doors, motor bases, support structures and installation holes. Some parts were also protected to reduce possible damage during road transportation. For large recycling machinery, careful loading and fixing are important, especially when the equipment needs to be transported over a long distance.
