These photos show a semi-finished double shaft metal shredder in the Haoxing Machinery factory workshop. The machine is still in the production and assembly stage, and the photos were taken from different angles to show the main frame, shredding chamber, motor position, belt guard and overall machine structure.
The double shaft shredder is designed for coarse shredding of scrap metal, aluminum profiles, thermal break aluminum, metal drums, light scrap steel and mixed recycling materials. With low-speed and high-torque operation, the machine can tear and reduce bulky materials into smaller pieces for further crushing, sorting or recycling.

1. Heavy-duty welded frame
The machine is built with a strong welded steel frame to support continuous shredding work and heavy material feeding.
2. Shredding chamber
The central shredding chamber is the main working area of the machine. Materials enter the chamber and are processed by two counter-rotating cutter shafts.
3. Motor and drive system
The machine is equipped with a motor and belt transmission system. The red belt guard helps protect the drive system during operation.
4. Feeding hopper and upper cover
The blue feeding section and upper structure are designed to guide materials into the shredding chamber smoothly.
