Drum Crusher Line Features
Heavy-Duty Structure
The drum crusher is built with a welded steel structure and wear-resistant liner plates inside the crushing chamber. The reinforced machine body is suitable for processing oil drums, paint buckets, thin metal containers and other light scrap metal materials.
Two-Stage Processing
The production line can be configured with a dual-shaft shredder before the hammer mill crusher. The shredder first opens and tears the drums into strips or irregular pieces, and the hammer crusher then performs secondary crushing. This two-stage process is suitable for bulky, thin and hollow metal containers.
Hammer Crushing Process
Inside the hammer mill crusher, high-speed rotating hammers repeatedly impact and crush the shredded metal pieces. The screen configuration can be selected according to the required output size and recycling process.
Magnetic Separation Available
After crushing, the material can be sent to a magnetic separator to separate ferrous metal from light impurities, paint flakes and non-metallic residues. The final separation effect depends on the material condition and sorting equipment configuration.
Optional Dust Collection
The drum crusher line can be equipped with a dust collector according to the site requirements. It helps collect dust and fine particles generated during crushing and conveying.
Convenient Maintenance
A hydraulic opening system can be installed to simplify hammer inspection, liner replacement and screen maintenance. Wear parts can be inspected and replaced based on actual use.
Customizable Configuration
The production line can be customized according to the drum size, material thickness, required capacity and site layout. Available customization options include:
Feed inlet size
Motor power
Crusher model
Screen configuration
Conveyor layout
Magnetic separator
Dust collection system
