Haoxing Machinery's Paint Bucket Crusher, also known as the Oil Drum Crusher, is a specialized metal recovery system designed to process hazardous waste containers such as used oil drums, paint buckets, and 200L steel drums. The complete recycling line integrates a Dual-Shaft Shredder, Paint Bucket Crusher (Hammer Mill), Magnetic Separator, and Dust Collection System. Through a two-stage size reduction process—primary shredding followed by fine hammer milling—the system transforms contaminated drums into clean metal granules ranging from 3mm to 20mm. Paint coatings, rust, and oil residues are automatically liberated and separated during crushing, yielding high-purity ferrous scrap ready for direct steelmaking. This process achieves both resource recovery and environmentally sound disposal of hazardous waste.

The complete paint bucket recycling line operates as follows:
Primary Shredding (Dual-Shaft Shredder): Waste paint and oil drums are first fed into a Dual-Shaft Shredder, where intermeshing blades shear and tear the drums into strips or irregular chunks.
Secondary Fine Crushing (Hammer Mill): The shredded material is conveyed to the Paint Bucket Crusher. Inside the crushing chamber, high-speed rotating hammers deliver powerful, repeated impacts. Material is struck, ground, and abraded within the confined space between hammers and wear liners, reducing it to 3mm - 20mm metal granules. Paint, rust, and surface contaminants are dislodged during this process.
Screening & Collection: Properly sized granules pass through a bottom screen grate and are collected.
Magnetic Separation: The granules are processed by a Magnetic Separator, extracting clean ferrous metal from any non-metallic residues, further enhancing purity.
Dust Collection: An integrated dust collection system continuously extracts airborne particulates generated during crushing, ensuring a clean, compliant working environment.
