Production process of the aluminum alloy crusher:
The mixed aluminum alloy materials are first fed manually or by a conveyor belt.
They enter the aluminum alloy crusher, where after a series of impact crushing processes, they pass through a screen plate to obtain crushed aluminum alloy pieces.
A magnetic separator separates ferrous metals from non-ferrous materials.
The non-ferrous materials then go through an eddy current separator to separate non-metallic materials. At this stage, the obtained material is almost entirely pure scrap aluminum alloy.
During the production process of the aluminum alloy crusher, a dust removal system is generally equipped to reduce dust. At the same time, to minimize labor, belt conveyors and chain plate conveyors are used throughout material transfer. The entire production process requires low manual input, offers high efficiency, and can operate continuously 24 hours a day.
