Haoxing Machinery recently completed final inspection and dispatch of a HXPS1600 Aluminum Profile Crusher destined for a major aluminum recycling facility. The shipment includes a fully integrated processing line featuring a heavy-duty chain plate conveyor for infeed handling. The equipment was carefully loaded onto flatbed trailers at our Gongyi manufacturing complex, with all components secured and weather-protected for overland transport. Factory Dispatch Status

Prior to shipment, all equipment underwent rigorous pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) at our factory. This included:

• No-load run testing of the HXPS1600 crusher to verify rotor balance and motor performance.

• Operational check of the hydraulic lid opener for maintenance access.

• Synchronization test of the chain plate conveyor drive and control interface.

• Verification of all safety guards and emergency stop circuits.
