Project Overview
Haoxing Machinery completed the shipment of a baled scrap shredder system with feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, magnetic separator, and eddy current separator to Chongqing on October 23, 2025.
Haoxing Machinery completed the loading and shipment of a complete baled scrap shredding system on October 23, 2025. The equipment was loaded at the factory and dispatched to Chongqing for a scrap metal recycling project. The delivered system includes a baled scrap shredder, feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, magnetic separation equipment, an eddy current separator, and supporting conveying systems.
After assembly inspection and loading preparation, all components were secured and transported to ensure safe delivery to the customer’s recycling facility.
Equipment Included in the Shipment
The recycling line shipped to Chongqing consists of:
Baled Scrap Shredder
Feeding Conveyor
Discharge Conveyor
Magnetic Separator
Eddy Current Separator
Transfer Conveyors
Electrical Control Cabinet
The complete configuration is designed for continuous feeding, shredding, conveying, ferrous metal recovery, and non-ferrous metal separation.
Designed for Baled Scrap Recycling
The customer specializes in processing compressed and bundled scrap materials. The baled scrap shredder is designed to handle a variety of recyclable metal materials, including:
Baled scrap steel
Compressed sheet metal
Light mixed scrap
Household appliance shells
Scrap metal packaging materials
Industrial production scrap
After shredding, the material becomes more uniform in size, making subsequent sorting and recycling operations more efficient.
Eddy Current Separator for Non-Ferrous Metal Recovery
To improve material value and recovery efficiency, the project was equipped with an eddy current separator.
After ferrous metals are removed by the magnetic separation system, the eddy current separator can recover aluminum and other non-ferrous metals from the shredded material stream. This process helps improve metal purity while reducing manual sorting requirements.
Factory Loading Process
Before shipment, technicians completed equipment inspection and operational verification. The main shredder body was loaded first, followed by conveyor sections, separation equipment, and auxiliary components.
Each unit was fixed and reinforced during loading to prevent movement during transportation. The loading work was completed smoothly, and the shipment departed for Chongqing as scheduled.
Benefits of the Complete Shredding Line
Continuous automatic feeding
Stable processing of baled scrap materials
Reduced labor costs
Improved shredding efficiency
Effective ferrous and non-ferrous metal recovery
Suitable for medium and large recycling facilities
Easy integration with downstream sorting equipment
Ready for Installation in Chongqing
Following shipment on October 23, 2025, the baled scrap shredding system will be installed at the customer’s facility in Chongqing. After commissioning, the production line will support efficient scrap metal processing and provide improved recovery performance for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Haoxing Machinery continues to provide customized shredding, crushing, conveying, and sorting solutions for scrap steel, baled scrap, aluminum scrap, and mixed metal recycling projects.
