Project Overview
On March 18, 2023, an 800 can crusher with a 1200 double shaft shredder was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Yantai, Shandong. The equipment is suitable for processing aluminum cans, paint buckets, scrap aluminum, light metal scrap, waste sheet metal and metal offcuts.
On March 18, 2023, an 800 can crusher with a 1200 double shaft shredder was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site inYantai, Shandong. The equipment will be used for a scrap metal recycling project and is suitable for aluminum cans, paint buckets, scrap aluminum, light metal scrap, waste sheet metal, metal offcuts and mixed recyclable metal materials.
The 800 can crusher is mainly used for crushing light metal materials. It is suitable for aluminum cans, waste cans, paint buckets, thin sheet metal and small metal scrap. After crushing, the material volume becomes smaller, which makes storage, transportation, sorting and recycling easier.
The 1200 double shaft shredder is used as front-end pre-shredding equipment. For larger or irregular materials that are not suitable for direct feeding into the crusher, the double shaft shredder can shred the materials first. After pre-shredding, the materials can enter the 800 can crusher for further crushing, which helps reduce material blockage and improve stable operation.
This equipment adopts a “shredding first and crushing later” process. It is suitable for recycling stations, scrap aluminum processing plants and light metal recycling projects. The 1200 double shaft shredder reduces large materials first, and the 800 can crusher further crushes the materials into smaller pieces. Conveyors, magnetic separators and dust collection equipment can also be added according to the customer’s site requirements.
Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 800 can crusher, 1200 double shaft shredder and supporting parts. The main machines, motors, reducers, connectors and installation accessories were counted before the truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the loading order according to the weight and size of each machine. The heavier main machines were placed first on the stronger positions of the truck platform. The motors, reducers, support frames and connection parts were then arranged according to the remaining space.
After the equipment was placed on the truck, workers checked the base contact points, fixing positions and machine edges. Some parts that could be easily damaged during transportation were protected. After loading, the packing list was checked again before the truck left for Yantai, Shandong.
Before shipment, our factory checked the crushing chamber, hammer parts, screen position, discharge outlet, motor base and transmission parts of the 800 can crusher. The cutter box, shafts, reducer connection parts, frame welding positions and installation holes of the 1200 double shaft shredder were also checked before delivery.
Our can crushers, double shaft shredders, metal crushers and complete recycling lines can be configured according to different materials, capacity requirements and site conditions. Customers can choose single machines or complete production lines with conveyors, magnetic separators, sorting equipment and dust collectors.
