Project Overview
On October 20, 2021, a 2000 aluminum slag crusher with a 96-bag dust collector was loaded at Gongyi Haoxing Machinery Factory and shipped to a customer site in Jiangjin, Chongqing. The equipment is mainly used for crushing aluminum slag, aluminum ash, recycled aluminum waste and aluminum alloy furnace slag, while reducing dust during production.
On October 20, 2021, a 2000 aluminum slag crusher with a 96-bag dust collector was loaded at our factory and prepared for delivery to a customer site in Jiangjin, Chongqing. The equipment will be used for processing aluminum slag, aluminum ash, recycled aluminum waste and aluminum alloy furnace slag.
The 2000 aluminum slag crusher is commonly used in aluminum slag recycling projects. It is suitable for crushing aluminum slag blocks, aluminum ash lumps, furnace slag and recycled aluminum processing waste. After crushing, the material size becomes smaller, which makes later screening, conveying and recycling easier.
The 96-bag dust collector in this shipment is used to collect dust generated during aluminum slag crushing. Aluminum slag and aluminum ash materials can produce fine dust during crushing and conveying. With a suitable bag dust collection system, dust leakage can be reduced and the working site can be easier to manage.
Loading Process
Before loading, workers checked the 2000 aluminum slag crusher, 96-bag dust collector, fan, dust collection pipes, support frames and installation connectors. The main crusher, dust collector body, fan components, pipe sections, motor parts and installation accessories were counted before the truck entered the loading area.
During loading, workers arranged the loading order according to the weight and size of each part. The 2000 aluminum slag crusher main machine was placed first on the stronger position of the truck platform. The 96-bag dust collector body, fan, pipes and support frames were then arranged according to the remaining space.
After the equipment was placed on the truck, workers checked the base contact points, fixing points, machine edges and pipe parts. Motors, fans, dust collection ports and flange connections were protected to reduce possible damage during transportation. After loading, the packing list and fixing condition were checked again before delivery to Jiangjin, Chongqing.
This equipment adopts an “aluminum slag crushing and bag dust collection” process. Aluminum slag materials enter the 2000 aluminum slag crusher for crushing, and the dust generated during crushing is collected through dust collection pipes and sent to the 96-bag dust collector. This configuration can complete material crushing while helping reduce dust at the production site.
For recycled aluminum, aluminum ash processing and non-ferrous metal recycling companies, both crushing capacity and dust collection performance are important. Aluminum slag and aluminum ash materials often generate more dust during processing. A properly matched dust collection system can reduce site cleaning work and improve production management.
Before shipment, our factory checked the crushing chamber, hammer parts, screen position, discharge outlet, motor base, frame welding positions and installation holes of the 2000 aluminum slag crusher. The dust collector body, bag installation positions, fan connection port, pipe connection positions and support structure of the 96-bag dust collector were also checked.
