Project Overview
On November 21, 2021, one 1800 scrap steel crusher, one 96-bag dust collector, one 1200 metal separator, and several belt conveyors were loaded in the production workshop and shipped to the customer site in Chongqing. Conveyor belts, crusher inlet screen plate structure, motor, and other supporting parts can be seen on the truck.
On November 21, 2021, one 1800 scrap steel crusher, one 96-bag dust collector, one 1200 metal separator, and several supporting belt conveyors were loaded in the production workshop and shipped to the customer site in Chongqing. This equipment will be used for scrap steel crushing, dust collection, metal separation, and material conveying in a recycling production line.
From the loading photos, several conveyor belts and conveyor frames can be seen on the transport truck. The crusher inlet screen plate structure, motor, and other separated parts were also loaded together. Since this shipment includes many large parts, separated loading was used to make transportation safer and installation easier after arrival.

All parts were arranged according to the loading plan, making it easier for the customer to check, unload, and install the equipment at the project site.
1800 Scrap Steel Crusher
The 1800 scrap steel crusher is the main machine in this shipment. It is used for crushing scrap steel, light metal scrap, color steel tiles, waste appliance shells, metal offcuts, iron sheets, aluminum scrap, and other recyclable metal materials.
After crushing, the material size becomes smaller and more suitable for conveying, magnetic separation, metal sorting, and recycling. The crusher inlet screen plate structure loaded on the truck is one of the important supporting parts for the crusher and will be assembled with the main machine at the customer site.
96-Bag Dust Collector
The 96-bag dust collector is used for dust collection in the scrap steel crushing line. During metal crushing, dust may be generated by impact and friction. A dust collection system can help collect and filter dust from the production process and improve the working environment around the line.
The dust collector is usually connected with the crusher, conveyors, pipes, and other supporting equipment according to the site layout.
1200 Metal Separator
The 1200 metal separator is used for separating non-ferrous metals from crushed mixed materials. In a scrap steel recycling line, after crushing and magnetic separation, some aluminum, copper, and other non-ferrous metals may remain in the material. The metal separator helps improve the recovery value of these materials.
This machine works together with belt conveyors and other sorting equipment to reduce manual sorting work and improve separation efficiency.
Belt Conveyors Loaded Together
Several belt conveyors were shipped together with the main machines. Belt conveyors are important connection equipment in a scrap steel crushing and sorting line. They are used to transfer materials between the crusher, magnetic separator, metal separator, dust collection system, and other machines.
In the loading photos, long conveyor frames and conveyor belts can be clearly seen on the truck. These parts will be installed according to the customer’s production line layout after arrival in Chongqing.
Loading Process in the Production Workshop
The loading work was completed inside the production workshop. Before loading, workers arranged the main equipment, conveyor belts, motor, crusher inlet screen plate structure, supports, and connection parts according to the transportation plan.
Large parts were lifted and placed onto the truck first. Then, conveyor belts, motors, and smaller accessories were loaded according to the available truck space. After loading, the main parts were fixed to reduce movement during transportation.
Shipped to Customer Site in Chongqing
On November 21, 2021, the 1800 scrap steel crusher, 96-bag dust collector, 1200 metal separator, and several belt conveyors were shipped to the customer site in Chongqing.
After installation, the equipment will form a scrap steel crushing and sorting line. The 1800 scrap steel crusher will handle the front crushing process, the 96-bag dust collector will support dust collection, the 1200 metal separator will improve non-ferrous metal recovery, and the belt conveyors will connect each production step for continuous operation.
