Haoxing Machinery's Wheel Hub Crusher, also known as the Cast Aluminum Crusher or Aluminum Alloy Crusher, is a robust hammer mill specifically engineered for processing scrap automotive wheels, aluminum engine blocks, aluminum castings, and thermal break aluminum profiles. Material is fed via conveyor into the crushing chamber, where high-manganese alloy hammers driven by a high-torque motor deliver powerful, repeated impacts. The combination of hammers and impact liners reduces large, hard aluminum parts into fine, uniform granules. The crushed material then passes through magnetic and eddy current separation systems, along with dust collection, to completely remove paint, rust, ferrous metals, and non-metallic impurities—producing high-purity aluminum feedstock ready for premium smelting applications

Working Principle:
A high-speed, high-torque motor drives the main shaft and rotor assembly. Scrap wheel hubs are conveyed into the feed opening and enter the crushing chamber. High-manganese alloy hammers mounted on the rotor strike the material with powerful impacts. Material is repeatedly hit, torn, and ground between the hammers and impact liners until reduced to properly sized granules, which then pass through a bottom screen. The crushed material is then processed through magnetic and eddy current separators to remove all contaminants.
