The color steel tile crusher is a hammer-type crushing machine used for processing color steel tiles, corrugated steel sheets, thin metal sheets, paint buckets, oil drums, appliance shells and other light-gauge ferrous scrap materials.
The main machine usually consists of a heavy-duty crusher housing, rotor shaft, hammer assembly, impact liners, screen grate, drive system, magnetic separator and electric control system.
During operation, light scrap materials are fed into the crushing chamber by conveyor or feeding device. The high-speed rotor drives the hammers to repeatedly impact, tear and crush the material. The material is also rubbed and squeezed against the liner plates and screen area, gradually reducing large thin-sheet scrap into smaller pieces.
The screen grate at the bottom of the crusher helps control the output size. Materials smaller than the screen openings are discharged from the machine, while larger pieces remain in the crushing chamber for further crushing.
After crushing, the material can be conveyed to a magnetic separator. Ferrous metals such as iron and steel are separated from mixed material streams for collection and further recycling. According to material condition and site layout, the production line can also be equipped with feeding conveyor, discharge conveyor, dust collector, vibrating feeder, sorting platform and other supporting equipment.
A forced feeding or pressing device can be added for bulky, hollow or loose sheet materials. This helps improve feeding stability when processing color steel tiles, paint buckets, thin metal containers and appliance shells.
