The Color Steel Tile Crusher comprises a heavy-duty housing, main shaft rotor, hammers, impact liners, screen grate, drive system, and magnetic separator.
Housing & Liners: Fabricated from thick reinforced steel plate and lined with high-manganese cast steel for superior impact and wear resistance.
Rotor & Hammers: Features a disc-type rotor assembly with multiple steel discs mounted on a horizontal shaft. Each disc periphery holds six pin shafts suspending high-manganese steel hammers that deliver powerful impacting force.
Bearing Lubrication: The main shaft is supported by ball bearings with a forced circulating oil lubrication and cooling system and integrated temperature sensors for stable, high-speed operation.
Optional Forced Feeder: For bulky hollow materials, an optional hydraulic pre-crusher/compactor flattens feedstock prior to entering the mill, enhancing efficiency.
Process Flow:
Light scrap is fed uniformly via conveyor into the crushing chamber. High-speed hammers repeatedly strike the material, which is further impacted and ground against the liners. Properly sized granules pass through the bottom screen and are discharged. An inline magnetic separator then removes any remaining impurities, yielding clean ferrous product.
