The aluminum profile shredder is designed to process long scrap aluminum such as building window/door frames, industrial aluminum profiles, and heat sinks. After two-shaft shredding and hammer fine crushing, the output consists of 30–60mm short segment or curled aluminum particles, with surface coatings and attached impurities (plastic, rubber, iron corner brackets, etc.) completely liberated.
As seen in the photos: aluminum particles account for over 92% of the output, with bulk density nearly doubled, making them easy to charge into furnaces for smelting. Separated iron parts and plastic corner brackets can be recycled individually. A small amount of dust is collected by the dust removal system. Compared to manual cutting and crushing, efficiency is increased by more than 10 times, aluminum recovery rate is improved by 30–40%, and no pre-sorting is required.
The complete line has a capacity of 2–8 t/h with low energy consumption, making it especially suitable for recycling window factory offcuts and old window demolition waste. You are welcome to bring your own material for a trial run and verify the output performance on site.
