On July 5, 2022, one 1600 metal crusher and one 1000 eddy current separator were loaded in the production workshop and shipped to the customer site in Linyi, Shandong. The machines were disassembled and separated for safer transportation and easier installation.

Before loading, the equipment was disassembled and separated according to transportation requirements. Since the 1600 metal crusher is a large machine, some parts were removed and loaded separately. This makes transportation safer and also helps the customer install the equipment more easily after arrival.

1000 Eddy Current Separator
The 1000 eddy current separator is mainly used to separate non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper from crushed mixed materials. It is usually installed after crushing and magnetic separation, helping customers improve material purity and increase recycling value.

Loading Process in the Production Workshop
The loading work was completed inside the production workshop. Before loading, workers sorted the main machine body, separated parts, supports, motors, and accessories. The loading order was arranged according to the truck space and machine size.
Large parts were lifted and placed onto the truck carefully. Smaller components and accessories were packed and fixed separately to prevent movement, collision, or loss during transportation.
After the machines were loaded, workers secured the main parts and checked the fixing points. This helps keep the 1600 metal crusher and 1000 eddy current separator stable during long-distance delivery.

On July 5, 2022, this batch of equipment was shipped to the customer site in Linyi, Shandong. After arrival, the customer will install the machines for a scrap metal crushing and separation project.
