Project Background

Mr. Sun operates a professional aluminum alloy scrap recycling company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China. On-Site Status

Haoxing Machinery's technical team has successfully completed installation, mechanical alignment, and no-load testing of the entire line. The HXPS1400 rotor passed dynamic balancing verification, the hydraulic lid opener operates smoothly for maintenance access, and all belt conveyors and separators are synchronized. The photos were captured during the final pre-commissioning inspection, with loaded trial runs scheduled to commence shortly.
