Xinjiang Xinzhou Jinyuan Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. is a large-scale comprehensive recycling enterprise in the Xinjiang region that specializes in recovering various types of scrap metals around Urumqi and its neighboring areas. The company has an annual processing capacity of over 50,000 tonnes of stainless steel scrap, aluminum scrap and copper scrap.

We've known Mr. Du — "Old Du" as we fondly call him — for twenty years. From our earliest small metal crushers to today's full-scale aluminum scrap processing line, Old Du has been with us through every generation of Haoxing equipment, backing his trust with action every step of the way.

In May 2022, drawing on two decades of partnership, Old Du once again chose Haoxing and commissioned a complete aluminum scrap crushing and sorting line, including a 1600 aluminum scrap crusher, a 1000 double shaft shredder, and a 1200 eddy current separator. Installed within the Urumqi Midong District Renewable Resources Circular Economy Demonstration Park, the line mainly processes cast aluminum alloy scrap, aluminum profile offcuts, end-of-life vehicle aluminum castings, and aluminum wire & cable.

Over the past three-plus years, the double shaft shredder has handled low-load coarse pre-crushing of bulky castings and offcuts, the crusher has reduced all feed to an ideal furnace size, and the eddy current separator has efficiently removed copper, zinc and stainless steel impurities. Aluminum purity into melting has consistently remained above 98%, with cumulative processed aluminum scrap exceeding 35,000 tonnes.
