Shuaisu New Materials Group is the largest aluminum liquid direct-supply company in China and ranks among the top three in secondary aluminum alloy capacity nationwide. Haoxing's partnership with Shuaisu Group goes back many years. From the Shanghai headquarters to Shuaisu (Anhui) Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and now the Chongqing base, multiple subsidiaries have successively adopted Haoxing crushing and sorting equipment. Group Chairman Cheng Shuai's high regard for Haoxing machinery has made every subsequent order a natural decision.
In May 2022, the Chongqing base once again commissioned a complete aluminum scrap preprocessing line from Gongyi Haoxing Machinery, consisting of a 1600 aluminum scrap crusher, a 1200 double shaft shredder, and a 1200 eddy current separator. The double shaft shredder performs primary size reduction on bulky cast aluminum and profile offcuts, the crusher further reduces all materials to an optimal furnace feed size, and the eddy current separator efficiently removes copper, zinc, and other impurities — delivering aluminum purity consistently above 98% into the melting furnaces, ensuring clean charge material for downstream aluminum liquid and ingot products. As of 2026, four Haoxing crushing and sorting lines are in operation across three Shuaisu Group plants, providing steady support to the Group's feedstock workshops.
The plant manager reports: “We've been working with Haoxing for years, from Shanghai to Anhui and now Chongqing, adding one line after another. This 1600 crusher paired with the double shaft shredder and eddy current separator handles whatever mixed scrap we feed — clean, uniform output. It's saved our melting team a ton of effort.”
