Haoxing's partnership with Shuaisu Group is a story of deep trust spanning multiple production bases. From the Group's Shanghai headquarters to Shuaisu (Anhui) and the Chongqing base, multiple Haoxing crushing and sorting lines have been commissioned one after another. In May 2022, the Henan base once again chose Haoxing, commissioning a 1200 double shaft shredder and a 1200 metal crusher from Gongyi Haoxing Machinery for efficient preprocessing of various aluminum scrap streams before melting. The line adopts a "shred-then-crush" two-stage process: the double shaft shredder first performs primary size reduction on bulky cast aluminum scrap, aluminum alloy profile offcuts, and automotive aluminum castings, tearing the material down to a uniform medium particle size; the metal crusher then takes over for fine crushing, further reducing the shredded material to the ideal furnace feed size. Through this two-stage relay processing, the aluminum fraction is uniformly sized with high purity, providing the downstream melting operation with a stable, high-quality charge material supply.
The Yongcheng plant manager reports: “The shredder does the coarse work first, then the crusher finishes the fine work — the two-stage setup handles whatever mixed scrap we feed, and the output is clean and uniform. It's saved our melting team a huge amount of hassle. Haoxing equipment is tough — over three years in and we haven't lost any production time to breakdowns.”
