Shuaisu Aluminum Alloy New Materials (Anhui) Co., Ltd.– HX-1600 Metal Crusher and Model 1600 Double Shaft Shredder Case Study

In June 2023, Shuaisu Aluminum Alloy New Materials (Anhui) Co., Ltd. signed a procurement agreement with Gongyi Haoxing Machinery for an HX-1600 metal crusher and a model 1600 double shaft shredder, integrated into their pre‑melting aluminum scrap processing line. The customer primarily feeds mixed aluminum alloy scrap, including window and door profiles, automotive aluminum castings, sheet and light‑gauge aluminum, achieving an actual throughput of 12–18 tons per hour. The shredder performs primary size reduction, after which the crusher further reduces the material to an ideal furnace feed size, delivering a clean, high‑purity aluminum fraction with minimal contaminants. The plant manager reports that both machines have been running stably since start‑up, with blade and hammer life noticeably exceeding expectations, and routine maintenance is straightforward, fully supporting the plant's continuous high‑volume operations. Haoxing equipment has become the backbone of their aluminum scrap preprocessing yard.
