Haoxing Machinery's Aluminum Alloy Crusher is a specialized hammer mill engineered for the efficient size reduction of scrap aluminum alloys, cast aluminum, aluminum profiles, thermal barrier aluminum, window/door frames, and sheet aluminum. Driven by a high-speed motor, the rotor and hammers deliver powerful impact and kneading forces to reduce bulky aluminum scrap into fine, uniform granules. The crushed material then passes through a Magnetic Separator and Eddy Current Separator, achieving thorough separation of ferrous metals, non-ferrous aluminum, and non-metallic impurities. Working Principle:
Powerful Crushing: Aluminum scrap enters the chamber where high-speed hammers deliver intense impact forces. The machine efficiently handles materials with compressive strengths of 147 - 230 MPa for primary and secondary crushing.
Kneading & Screening: Material rotates with the hammers, undergoing repeated striking and kneading. Properly sized granules discharge through a bottom inclined screen plate, which ensures fast, clog-free discharge. A dust collector simultaneously removes paint powder and lightweight impurities, yielding cleaner output.
Multi-Stage Separation: Crushed material is conveyed through a Magnetic Separator (removing ferrous metals) and an Eddy Current Separator (separating aluminum from non-metallics like plastic and rubber), producing high-purity aluminum product.
