Working Principle:
A high-speed, high-torque motor drives the main shaft and rotor assembly. As cast aluminum enters the crushing chamber, high-speed hammers deliver powerful impacts. Material is repeatedly struck, torn, and ground between the hammers and impact liners until reduced to properly sized granules, which then pass through a bottom screen. The crushed material can be further processed through an eddy current separator to isolate aluminum from non-metallics, while a dust collector removes lightweight contaminants.
