Working Principle:
A high-speed, high-torque motor drives the main shaft and rotor assembly. Cast aluminum material enters the crushing chamber where high-speed hammers deliver powerful impacts. Material is repeatedly struck, deflected, and ground between the hammers and impact liners until reduced to properly sized granules, which then pass through a bottom screen.
