1. Biomass Pellet Fuel Production
   Shredded branches and leaves can be compressed into biomass pellets, serving as clean fuel for roasters, thermal power plants, and residential heating. Pellet fuel offers several times higher thermal efficiency than raw firewood and reduces fuel costs by two-thirds compared to electric heating.

2. Mushroom Cultivation Substrate
   Wood chips serve as an excellent substrate for growing edible fungi. The phenolic compounds present in branch wood help reduce contamination rates—by up to 13.7% for shiitake mushrooms and 6.67% for oyster mushrooms—cutting overall production costs by approximately 10%. The substrate can also support Shiitake, Black Fungus, Reishi, and other varieties. Spent mushroom logs can be further crushed and returned to orchards as organic fertilizer, reducing fertilization costs by around 10%.

3. Organic Fertilizer & Soil Amendment
   Shredded sawdust can be composted into high-quality organic fertilizer, enriching soil with organic matter and beneficial microbes while improving soil structure and water retention. The Branch Crusher employs an integrated Chipping & Hammer Milling design:

1. Assisted Feeding Mechanism: Material enters through the feed chute. An auxiliary feeding system with a floating feed roller ensures uniform material intake, reducing resistance and preventing clogging.

2. Chipping & Grinding: Multiple fly knives uniformly distributed along the rotor's circumference and axis first chip the wood into small pieces. This balanced arrangement minimizes vibration and noise. The chips then enter the grinding chamber where high-speed hammers impact and shear them into fine particles.

3. Discharge & Sizing: Processed material is expelled through a bottom screen mesh by airflow generated from internal fan blades or an optional external blower. Output particle size is easily adjusted by changing screens with different hole diameters.
