Mushroom Cultivation Substrate

Assisted Feeding Mechanism: Material enters through the feed chute. An auxiliary feeding system with a floating feed roller ensures uniform material intake, reducing resistance and preventing clogging.
Chipping & Grinding: Multiple fly knives uniformly distributed along the rotor's circumference and axis first chip the wood into small pieces. This balanced arrangement minimizes vibration and noise. The chips then enter the grinding chamber where high-speed hammers impact and shear them into fine particles.
Discharge & Sizing: Processed material is expelled through a bottom screen mesh by airflow generated from internal fan blades or an optional external blower. Output particle size is easily adjusted by changing screens with different hole diameters.
